Can you print for us?Sure, I am more than happy to print for you with my local printer and send all the work to you by post. However, I believe that it is more efficient for you if I contact your local printer to reduce costs.
Can we work via email?Yes, I am happy to save your time and work by email. I am also happy to discuss any details over a tea. It is all up to you.
Can you also program a website? No, unfortunately I am not a programer so I cannot build websites from scratch. But I can build for you a website based on a simple WordPress that I will customise to your visual identity and elements. In simple words, I can do full website for you but I will work with my developers to help on any custom coding.

How it works?
Can we meet?I'm happy to meet you to learn everything about your project. However, all the further work will be done via email. My work is the most efficient when everything is officially noted via email. I also believe that meetings are way too long and not necessary for a successful project.
When can you start? Please contact me for my current availability. I usually work on maximum 2 projects at the time to ensure best quality and appropriate attention to the client.
How long will it take? The length of each project varies and will be specified in the proposal.
Will we get an invoice?Yes, I will send you an invoice for every project.
How can we pay you?I accept payments via bank transfer. With most of the projects there is a 30% down payment before starting work.
Who owns the rights?Actual artwork files and any unused designs belong to the designer unless agreed on differently in the proposal. Upon receipt of final payment you will receive the digital files of final work (JPG, PNG) and files needed for print. For a logos and branding the rights are automatically transferred to you upon the payment (except the rights for the unused work). For logos you will receive also a vector file (EPS).
How much do you charge?
What software do you use?I am working with latest versions of Adobe CC and I have full license for the softwares.
Who will edit website?Website package includes only creation of the website (unless agreed differently). Further maintenance like: updates, text changes will have to be agreed upon and paid separately.
What services do you provide?
If I start a project does it mean that you start working? When you fill out the form to start the project with me, I will only get all the necessary information to evaluate your project budget and timeline. In order to start the design process I will get back to you with a proposal.
