Draw Your Safe Space

Draw your safe space. It could be a house, favorite spot, or a place outside. Consider healthy boundaries, your physical and emotional needs that you will set to feel safe and comfortable? What do you need in your life to function properly and as your best self? You can also try to prioritize it as I did with the shelve – the top being the highest priority.

Goal: Try to understand the areas of your life where you need to give yourself a break. What are the boundaries that you need to set, to feel good?

Materials: drawing tablet or drawing paper, marker, pens, pencils, paint, collage, or crayons.

Feel free to hit the reply button to share with me your finds or tag #happyVJ on Instagram so that I can feature your self-discovery!
