Clean up your messy partnerships that didn’t work out and stop you from growing now.

1️⃣  Draw a tree and write on the roots things that didn’t work out before. This is the root of your trust issues with new partners.

2️⃣ Think about why it didn’t work out and write on the tree trunk what are the things that you have to improve next time. What are the values you need to stand by, what are your expectations? Contracts? Those will be the pillars of your new, resilient partnership.

3️⃣ On the tree branches and leaves, write the positive benefits that will come out of the next partnership. This will be the motivation for you to try again.
